Thank you for choosing Flyors Holidays. We strive to provide the best travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our tour packages and travel services.
By booking a tour or service with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.

A confirmation email/voucher will be shared once payment is received.

The remaining balance must be paid as per the payment schedule provided.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing via email at contact@flyors.com.
Cancellation charges will apply as per the timeline below:

| 30 days or more | 10% of total package cost |
| 15 to 29 days | 25% of total package cost |
| 07 to 14 days | 50% of total package cost |
| Less than 07 days / No Show | 100% of total package cost |
3. Cancellation by Flyors Holidays

In rare cases where the company needs to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions, insufficient bookings), a full refund or alternative tour option will be offered.

Flyors Holidays will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the traveler (e.g. visa, insurance, transport to departure city).
4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days after receiving a valid cancellation request.

All refunds are subject to deduction of applicable service charges, third-party cancellation fees, and taxes.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for booking.
⚠️ No refund will be made for unused services, partially availed packages, or no-shows.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once booked:

Flight tickets (subject to airline policy)

Visa & insurance fees

Certain promotional or special packages

Festive season and peak holiday bookings
6. Amendments / Rescheduling

Date changes or modifications to bookings are subject to availability and applicable charges.

In some cases, rebooking may be treated as a new booking and cancellation charges may apply.
7. Force Majeure
No refund will be provided for cancellations or service interruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural calamities (floods, landslides, earthquakes)

Political unrest, strikes, or lockdowns

Flight delays or cancellations

Government orders or travel restrictions
8. Refund Mode

Refunds will be made to the same account/card from which payment was received.

For UPI or bank transfers, refunds will be issued to the original account only.
