Kerala Tour Package Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kochi – Transfer to Munnar
Upon your arrival at Kochi Airport or Railway Station, you will be greeted by your driver/guide. Begin your scenic journey towards Munnar, a picturesque hill station known for its sprawling tea gardens, misty mountains, and cool climate. En route, you can stop at Cheeyappara and Valara waterfalls and spice plantations. Arrive in Munnar by afternoon or evening, check into your hotel, and relax. The evening is free to explore the local market or simply unwind amidst the serene nature. Overnight stay in Munnar
Day 2: Munnar Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit Eravikulam National Park (home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr), followed by a trip to the Tea Museum where you can learn about tea processing. Later, head to Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, Kundala Lake, and Blossom Park. Enjoy boat rides or elephant rides (optional) and take in the majestic views of the Western Ghats. Return to the hotel in the evening for an overnight stay in Munnar
Day 3: Munnar to Thekkady
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady, a region famous for its spice plantations and wildlife. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat ride on Periyar Lake inside Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, where you might spot elephants, bison, and other wildlife. Day 4: Thekkady to Alleppey

Day 7: Kanyakumari to Rameshwaram

Day 08: Rameshwaram Exploration
Today, explore more of Rameshwaram. Drive to the hauntingly beautiful ruins of Dhanushkodi, located at the south-eastern tip of the island, where the Bay of Bengal meets the Indian Ocean. Visit Pamban Bridge, one of India’s engineering marvels, and also the APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial. Return to your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Rameshwaram.
Day 09: Rameshwaram to Madurai
After breakfast, drive to Madurai, one of South India’s oldest and most culturally rich cities. Upon arrival, visit the iconic Meenakshi Amman Temple, known for its intricate sculptures and towering gopurams. Later, explore Thirumalai Nayakar Palace, and if time allows, visit the Gandhi Museum. Evening is free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay in Madurai.
Day 10: Departure from Madurai
After breakfast, depending on your flight or train schedule, enjoy some free time or visit any missed spots. Then proceed to Madurai Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, concluding your memorable South Indian tour filled with hill stations, beaches, temples, and cultural richness.
