2. Booking Policy

All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized representatives.

A booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and issuance of a confirmation voucher.

The balance amount must be paid as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.

Flyors Holidays reserves the right to cancel any booking in case of non-payment or incomplete information.
3. Payment Terms

Advance Payment: Minimum 50% of the total package cost at the time of booking.

Balance Payment: Before the commencement of the tour or as per agreed terms.

Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card, or any other accepted method.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (email). The following charges will apply:

| 07–14 days | 50% of total cost |
| Less than 07 days / No Show | 100% of total cost |
5. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days after deducting cancellation fees.

No refunds for unused services or early departures.

Refunds are subject to receipt from suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
6. Pricing & Inclusions

Prices are based on current exchange rates, hotel tariffs, and transportation costs.

Package inclusions are clearly mentioned in the itinerary. Anything not mentioned under “Inclusions” is considered “Exclusions.”

Additional costs due to changes in taxes, fuel, or government charges will be borne by the traveler.
7. Travel Documents

Guests must carry valid government-issued ID proofs, visas (if applicable), and travel permits.

Flyors Holidays will not be responsible for loss of service due to invalid or missing documents.
8. Itinerary Changes

Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, road closures, flight delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Flyors Holidays reserves the right to alter or cancel parts of the itinerary for safety or operational reasons.
9. Hotels & Transport

Hotel rooms are subject to availability and may be replaced with similar category accommodations.

Vehicle type will depend on group size and package details.

Drivers follow a fixed duty schedule and are not available beyond the itinerary timings.
10. Liability Disclaimer

Flyors Holidays acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport, etc.).

We are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, accidents, etc.).
11. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover medical, cancellation, and baggage-related issues.

Flyors Holidays is not responsible for any uninsured losses.
12. Customer Conduct

Travelers must maintain respectful behavior with fellow travelers, drivers, guides, and locals.

Any damage to property or vehicle caused by a traveler will be charged directly.
13. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) courts only.
14. Acceptance of Terms
